Triumphant Victorious Reminders
Inspired by the Holy Spirit

"...A vessel of honor set apart and useful for the Master prepared for every good work."
~ II Timothy 2:20-21

How do we become useful for God? When we prepare. How do we prepare? We prepare by going to His word which is a "recipe" for success in Him. How do we receive the "recipe" for success? We commit our work to Him as it says in Proverbs 16:3 and He will make our ways successful.

The preparation time is one of the lengthiest parts of the cooking process. Cutting and dicing the vegetables, laying out the necessary ingredients. If using the oven, making sure the oven is preheated to the correct temperature.

Many times as we prepare it is a long process as it feels like we will never finish. It is an uncomfortable process. By faith we know where we are suppose to be. However it feels like the moment we are in is the end result.

We must step back and realize that as the ingredients are together, the end result for it to be ready to eat has to go through high temperatures to be fully cooked.

When we feel the heat after the preparation is completed, we will see the beautiful masterpiece of what the full recipe brought together. The times we only saw a few ingredients at a time; we didn't see the full picture. However when all the ingredients come together from preparation, mixing, pouring out and baking time created a meal that was worth it all.

When Satan comes after our faith through trials, we have to consider what the ingredients are that he is after. He is wanting to make sure it is not fully cooked. He also tries to seduce us away from the preparation time as well. If it is not prepared and fully cooked, it can't be enjoyed the way it was intended.

Let us savor the preparation and the "heat of the moment" to see God glorified as He sees us prepare and as we rely on Him when going through the heat, we are reminded of what we are to become by His majestic Grace!

Reveal His love by the way we live our lives!
