"Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noon day sun. Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for Him to act. Don't worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper - it only leads to harm."

Wow! The mercy of God woke us up this morning to become more like Jesus. 

What a truth that stirs within us to great awe and wonder of God. Our amazing Father God sent His only Son Jesus to restore us back to the glorious image of God’s love. 

Today’s Triumphant Victorious Reminder is this:

In God and who He is as love, we become unoffendable. In Him we no longer are hurt by people; we hurt for them. We cry tears of rescue over them. In Christ is the safest place to be as we are new in Him. Transformed in Him. No longer taking anyone’s hurling insults personally; now what we do is personally take those dying people to God in prayer so He would restore them and reconcile them back to Himself. He does the work and we witness the miraculous exchange of delighting in Him. Let’s SHINE in Christ today and receive His mercy to become more like Jesus.

December 15, 2010, "Connecting Bridge"

Triumphant Victorious Reminders Inspired by the Holy Spirit Written by: Teresa Criswell "Commit your works to the Lord and your thoughts will be established." ~Proverbs 16:3 ~ It was Monday and I was doing the normal thing; driving to the grocery store. I was planning on going to this particular store which I enjoy frequenting. However, this day I was convicted to commit even this 'to do' moment to Him. I prayed to the Lord to guide my steps and as I was driving I was led to go to a different store which I do not like to frequent because of the great lack in customer service. But as I looked back upon that irritation, for me to complain about not having a good customer service experience is truly not suffering. Perspective was put back into its proper place...I was reminded to have options to go anywhere while others experience true suffering was insulting to those who truly suffer; especially for the cause of Christ Jesus.
