TRIUMPHANT VICTORIOUS REMINDERS
Inspired by the Holy Spirit

"So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus."
~ Romans 8:1 ~

"May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God."
~ Ephesians 3:19 ~

"For God has not give us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind."
~ II Timothy 1:7 ~

Have you ever felt like you made a big fool of yourself? Are you the type of person that will re-hash the scene over and over again in your mind, and then your stomach turns as the feeling of embarassment comes over you all over again? This scenario has definitely taken place in my own life.

When this has happened to me, I tend to arrive at this place of immobility. Then in that place of immobility my soul is able to condemn me, and then as my soul condemns me, the fear of loss comes over me and it becomes this snowball that gets larger and larger by each moment I dwell on it, feeling as though I will get crushed by it.

When does the snow ball effect stop? I believe, it can stop IMMEDIATELY when I look to God for strength to rise up out of that 'groveling' feeling. When my focus comes off of me and goes to God I can shake my head, dust myself off and refocus to say, "Ok, that wasn't as bad as I made it out to be."

I want to encourage you today in the reminder that there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. Of course, if there is something that has been done that needs to made right, then it needs to be made right, however allow God to make it right by His grace and strength through you.

I needed this reminder today BIG TIME. I realize even more at this moment that God wants to lavish His mercy and lovingkindness upon each of us today. Will I, will you allow Him? Or will we allow the pressing thoughts of fear and condemnation try to annihilate us? We don't have to choose the thoughts of fear and condemnation; for those are not gifts from God to receive. We need to remember His gifts of love, power and a sound mind, that are readily available to us by Jesus Christ.

Be encouraged today that when fear comes, your Defender is right there with you!
