I love the Autumn season in Texas. It is so crisp as it brings refreshment; like drinking out of an oversized coffee mug filled with hot apple cider as it warms me up from the inside out.
As I am reminded of Fall and how this is the time of harvesting for many farmers throughout the Midwest, I want to desire to see a great harvest of people that do not yet know God intimately and personally through Jesus Christ Who is The Seed, Who is The Word Made Flesh!
As the agendas of today, tomorrow and the next day that attempt to sweep me away; I pray instead that I will reveal a glimpse of God's memorable, indescribable, beautiful fragrance. A fragrance of His effervescent, crisp, refreshing comfort in the midst of the lifeless, dulling and painful seasons of our lives. We can reveal it; but only by His strength and His ability.
I pray that the autumn season is a reminder of us 'fall'ing on our knees in awe of Almighty God and His unfailing love.

Teresa, your strong love for the Lord really shines through in your writing. I'm always left feeling "Lord! Help me to love You like that!"
