March 27, 2010, Thank You Lord for the Gift of Life!

Thank You Lord for the gift of Life! Thank you for our daughter who I was privileged to meet ten years ago today! Wow! To know that I get to be her mom is so amazingly awesome! Thank You Lord for Your gift of Redemption through Jesus Christ which I could not earn...and for her life which I did not deserve in and of myself. Lord, she is truly an inspiration to drawing closer to You. Thank You for her life. I pray Your great protection over her and the calling You have on her life. I pray that she moment by moment; continually; desperately abides in You...especially in the beautiful and wonderful seasons of her life! Lord, I pray she runs after You just as much as she would if she was in desperate need of You. I pray and am grateful in advance that she pants after You and even better; I pray that I pant after You, like a deer pants for the water.

You are Awesome God! I applaud Who You ARE! I applaud Your Awesome Name!

December 15, 2010, "Connecting Bridge"

I was planning on going to this particular store which I enjoy frequenting. However, this day I was convicted to commit even this 'to do' moment to Him. I prayed to the Lord to guide my steps and as I was driving I was led to go to a different store which I do not like to frequent because of the great lack in customer service. But as I looked back upon that irritation, for me to complain about not having a good customer service experience is truly not suffering.
