TRIUMPHANT VICTORIOUS REMINDERS
Inspired by the Holy Spirit

"So the Word (Jesus) became human and lived here on earth among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen His glory, the glory of the only Son of the Father."
~ John 1:14 ~

"My Jesus, My Savior, Lord there is none like you..." This song has been 'playing' in my heart and mind today. Mmmmmm!!! The delicious reminder of who He is in my life. Wow! The most famous One, wants to be with us and love us and be loved by us.

I am reminded of Pastor Stephen Behrman who has been teaching on being impressed by God. I think about some of the famous people in the earth today. Their names and faces plastered on billboards and movie posters. They are all over the internet, yet their fame and who they are does not make an impact on my life in a way that I see myself even more precious and like a rare, priceless treasure. Actually, it can have the opposite effect if I'm not careful. I can look at them and start comparing myself and then feel worst off than I did before.

I am reminded of the people throughout the Bible impressed and impacted by God in such powerful ways that they started to see themselves as God had already seen them. People like Gideon, God called him, a Mighty man of valor, before he even looked like a man of valor. Esther, an orphan yet God saw her as a queen and highly favored. David, a shepherd boy, yet God saw him as king over Israel.

The most Famous One. The Eternal God takes pleasure in each of us. He wants us to go from seeing ourselves as 'losers' to seeing ourselves as more than conquerors, because of what Jesus Christ has done for us (Romans 8:37).

He wants us to go from seeing ourselves as 'useless' to seeing ourselves as 'vessels of honor, set apart and USEFUL for the Master prepared for every good work' (II Timothy 2:21).
He wants to take our ashes so He can reveal His beauty upon our lives. He wants to take our mourning and reveal His joy which is our strength. He wants to remove the spirit of heaviness so that He can place His garment of praise over us (Isaiah 61:3).

The most famous One, loves us. He wants us to be impressed by Him. As we are impressed by Him, He will be able to make an impact upon our lives that we could never imagine!

We are loved by the Most Famous One...Almighty God!!!! Wow!
